Austria’s Photo-Zeitung Correspondence to Certo

Business envelope sent from Österreichische Photo-Zeitung in Vienna to Certo-Camerawerk in Dresden, Germany—linking photo journalism and camera manufacturing.

Österreichische Photo-Zeitung antetli ve Almanya'ya Certo-Camerawerk şirketine gönderilmiş zarf.Certo şirketi 1902 yılında mühendis Alfred Lippel ve Karl Peppel tarafından Dresden şehrinin banliyösü olan Johannstadt'ta kurulmuştur.Genel olarak makul fiyatlı katlanan makinalar üretmişlerdir. 1917 yılında Emil Zimmermann tarafından satın alınan şirket Certonet  6X9 roll makinayı'da ürün yelpazesi içine katmıştır. İkinci dünya savaşından sonra şirketin %30 hissesi devlet yönetimine geçmiştir.Certo markalı makinalar en son 1982 yılında üretilmiştir.

Certo was a German camera maker based in Johannstadt, a suburb of Dresden,founded in 1902 by Alfred Lippert and Karl Peppel. İt made mainly medium priced folding cameras. İn 1917, the company was bought by Emil Zimmermann.Who added the Certonet 6x9 roll film camera to the product range. The last cameras under the Certo name were made in 1982.
