1909 yılında Martin ve Wilhelm Koch, şirketi  Theodor Ernst'ten satın aldılar.(Şirket Bahnhofstrasse 11 numarada bulunmaktaydı.)1912 yılında Martin Koch'un şirketten ayrılması ile ,Wilhelm Koch şirketi tek başına devam ettirdi ve 1948 yılında ise A.Ş konumuna getirdi.Böylece ürün yelpazesine çeşitli optik araçlar ve fotoğraf makinalarıda ilave edilmiş oldu.1983 yılında Jemoli grup tarafından satın alındı.

Wilhelm Koch continued this and expanded the range and retail space. In 1948 the company was converted into a stock corporation (W. Koch Optik AG), from 1973 the company was called Kochoptik AG. In 1983 the Jelmoli Group bought Kochoptik AG.

Otto PERUTZ (1847-1922) Avusturya-Alman vatandaşı olan bir kimyagerdir.1880 yılında kuru levhalar yapmak için kendi şirketi olan Perutz-Photowerke'yi kurmuştur.Otto PERUTZ firmasını 1897 yılında satmış,1902 yılından 1922 deki ölümüne kadar Bayerische Aktiengesellschaft für chemische und landwirtschaftlich chemische fabrikate'nin denetim kurulunda kalmıştır.Perutz-Photowerke ise 1964 yılında Agfa firmasına satılmıştır.

Otto PERUTZ (1847-1922) was an Austrian-German chemist.In 1880 he founded his own enterprise a factory for making dry plates. This became the Perutz-Photowerke. He sold his firm in 1897.He was member of the supervisory board of  Bayerische Aktiengesellschaft für chemische und landwirtschaftlich chemische fabrikate from 1902 until his death in 1922.The Perutz-Photowerke became part of Agfa in 1964.

Indra-Lux marka plastik fotoğraf makinasının üreticisi Indra Camera G.m.b.h firmasına gönderilmiş zarf.Bu fotoğraf makinası ilk defa 1949 yılında piyasaya sürülmüştür ve kırılmaz olduğu belirtilmiştir. Kırılmazlığına karşın bir yıllık  garantide verilmesine rağmen  makinanın kırılabilir bir özelliği vardı.Buda firmanın kısa bir süre içinde kapanmasına yol açmıştır.
